When Apple CEO Tim Cook said he wanted to make his company “great again”, his colleagues laughed at him

Recode is reporting that Apple CEOTim Cook told his top executives that he wanted the company to be “greater” than it was.

Cook made the comments during a meeting with his top team members in March.

Apple is one of several tech companies that have struggled with the growth of the iPhone and iPad, which have led to some of the biggest revenue declines of the past decade.

Cook also said the company wanted to be better than it had been, but said he believed it could do so.

The meeting was recorded by the executives, who were told by Cook that he needed to focus on how the company could become “great” again, according to Recode.

In March, Apple said that its revenue from iOS devices and apps was up a record 5.5% for the quarter.

The company reported that it sold 2.2 billion iPhones and iPad units in the quarter, and that it had shipped 11.5 million Mac computers.

The company has been working on its next iPhone, which is expected to launch in 2019.
