I asked people for their top recommendations.
Some chose the waterfalls on the top 10 list.
Others, including many in California, chose the top 20 or so.
I also asked people what waterfalls they’d be interested in seeing.
There are so many options, and so many waterfalls to choose from.
I’ve included the best ones below.
Here are the top ten best waterfall suggestions: Waterfalls in the Grand Canyon, California: The Grand Canyon is one of the world’s most photographed places.
If you’re planning a trip to the Grand, I suggest you get there early and spend some quality time there.
There’s plenty of great climbing in the area, too.
If your group is smaller than 12, I recommend bringing a buddy, as you’ll be climbing alone.
You can also hike in the canyon.
Waterfalls in Arizona: If you like nature, you’ll love this area.
It’s an amazing place for hikes, too, with hiking trails, cascading cascades, and more.
If this is your first time in Arizona, it’s worth checking out some local attractions.
Waterfall on Mt.
Wilson, Oregon: The highest peak in the US, Mt.
Rose is home to a stunning waterfall that’s just shy of 2,000 feet.
There isn’t a trail for a hike up to it, but it’s one of my favorite places to hike.
It offers great views and is a great way to explore the state.
Water falls on Mt St. Helens, Washington: The famous Seattle waterfall is one big reason to visit the region.
It is located just outside the city, and you can hike up or down to the falls, too!
If you want to explore other parts of the state, you can check out the Cascade National Forest, which includes some amazing hiking trails.
Water at the Cascade, Oregon, waterfall: The Cascade is the second highest waterfall in the world, after Mt.
Mount St. Helen.
It has many beautiful waterfalls.
I have no idea what it is that makes this waterfall so famous, but I’m sure it has something to do with its sheer beauty.
Water falls in New Zealand: Waterfalls on Great Britain are quite rare, but if you’re going, you should definitely check them out.
The British Isles are a popular destination, with many hikes.
Some of the best are on the Isle of Wight, the popular holiday destination for visitors from the United Kingdom.
Waterfalls at the New Zealand Alps: The Alps are a beautiful area with many hiking trails and canyons.
I recommend checking out this one.
It doesn’t have a trail, but the views are worth the effort.
I’d love to hear your suggestions for the best waterfall in your state!
