A big waterfall is a popular attraction at some local attractions.
But if you’re one of those who prefer to walk, take a dip in a river, or even take a short ride on the water, the Falls Creek Falls is the place to be.
For the first time, visitors will be able to enjoy a free swim in the creek on Saturday at the Falls Falls Creek Pool in Austin, the Austin American-Statesman reports.
The pool is free and open to the public, with water available to the general public for $5 per adult, $2 per child and free for seniors and students.
The pool opens at 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., and it is open to children between 5 and 12 years old.
The Falls Creek falls are the largest falls in Texas.
The falls can be seen from a distance of at least 200 feet.
There are about 2,600 falls in the state.
The largest falls, called the Falls of Zion, are about 20 feet high.
The city of Austin says it will open its new visitor center in 2019 and offer more than 2,000 water features, including a new waterfall and a waterfall-shaped playground.
